BAR (DUTY) MANAGER - VOLUNTEER POSITION

Weekends & evenings – March to September

The Bar (Duty) Manager is responsible for overseeing bar operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and volunteers. Key duties include conducting staff inductions, supervising and supporting volunteers, maintaining bar equipment, managing stock orders and rosters, and providing operational updates to the House Committee. A current RSA and Approved Manager Permit are required, along with strict adherence to WA Gaming and Liquor Licensing regulations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail and a professional approach.

CANTEEN (DUTY) MANAGER - VOLUNTEER POSITION 

Weekends & evenings – March to September

The Canteen Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing kitchen and canteen operations, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and volunteers. Key duties include: Conducting staff inductions and training.  Supervising and supporting canteen volunteers.  Managing kitchen equipment and Coordinating stock orders and rostering.  Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing operational updates to the house committee.  A Food Safety Supervisor certificate is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
